These are some of the real estate areas covered under my practice: real estate purchase/sale transactions, e.g. transaction documentation review, acting on failures to perform and preliminary title report discrepancies; neighbor disputes such as relating to a boundary line, an easement claim, nuisance arising from encroachment e.g, roots from neighbor’s tree causing damage to your property; title issues, which includes boundary line and easement issues, and adverse possession (which might also come up in a neighbor dispute) plus items that are generally covered by title insurance policies; homeowners association disputes including excess charge and notice of delinquent assessment challenges; home improvement and solar panel installation contracts; and Premises liability, e,g. claims arising from defects on property or from actions of persons on property.
